The fastest way to reach us is the built-in form: open MemoBox, go to the Profile tab, and tap Help & feedback. Messages sent from the app include your app version automatically, which helps us help you faster.

Common questions
My reminders aren’t arriving
Reminders are delivered as push notifications, so MemoBox needs notification permission. Check your phone’s Settings → Notifications → MemoBox, then review your reminder settings under Profile → Notifications in the app. If notifications are on and reminders still don’t arrive, send us a message — we can check delivery on our end.
I bought MemoBox Pro but it isn’t showing up
Pro is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, make sure you’re signed in to the same store account and your purchase will carry over. If it still doesn’t, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
I used MemoBox as a guest — is my data saved?
Guest data lives on your account only on that device. To keep it safe across reinstalls and devices, create an account from the Profile tab — everything you’ve added comes with you.
How does calendar sync work?
Calendar sync (a Pro feature) gives you a private, read-only calendar feed you can subscribe to in Apple, Google, or Outlook Calendar. Your MemoBox dates stay up to date automatically. Set it up under Profile → Sync with Calendar.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app, or by emailing us. See deleting your MemoBox account for the steps.
