Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lyanna Labs LLC (“Lyanna Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our applications. We’re a small studio and we keep this short and plain.
Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the product, this may include:
- Information you provide — e.g. an email address if you contact support, or account details (email, password) if a product requires sign-in.
- Usage data — basic, anonymized analytics such as app version, device type, and crash diagnostics, used only to improve quality.
- Content you create — data you enter into our apps stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to sync or share it.
How we use information
- To operate and improve our products.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To detect and fix bugs and crashes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Our applications may use minimal local storage (such as authentication tokens) strictly to operate the product.
Data storage and security
We use industry-standard practices to protect information we hold. Where possible, data is stored locally on your device. Any data transmitted to our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Services or to meet legal obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you request deletion or close your account. Anonymized analytics and crash diagnostics may be retained longer in aggregate form.
Third parties (sub-processors)
We use a small set of trusted service providers who process data only on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to provide their service:
- Apple Inc. — app distribution, in-app purchases, and platform crash reporting (United States).
- Google LLC (Firebase) — authentication, cloud database, and analytics for our applications (United States).
Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
Children’s privacy
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EEA/UK residents).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@lyannalabs.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and at no cost, except where legally permitted.
