These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Lyanna Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Lyanna Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using our Services

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services — for example, by interfering with their operation, attempting to access them in any way other than the interfaces we provide, or using them to violate the rights of others.

Your account

If a product requires you to create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create with our Services. We claim no rights to your work. By using a Service that syncs or shares content, you grant us the limited permissions needed to operate that feature on your behalf.

Purchases and subscriptions

If you purchase a paid product or subscription, the price, billing terms, and refund policy will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s terms and may be canceled in your App Store account settings.

Software license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any platform-specific terms (such as the Apple Media Services Terms).

Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, code, and trademarks, are owned by Lyanna Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyanna Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or if we’re required to do so by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Lyanna Labs agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where applicable consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
